Unable to get games to play

Please help me, I am unable to get any game to play on my xbox one. I was first trying to play from a disk for Dragon Age Inquisition, it starts game but as soon as I hit the menu button to access to continue saved game or got to downloaded content it freezes.
I tried to also play a game that was saved on hard drive and the same thing happens, when you try to enter game it just stops. I have restarted my console, cleaned the game disk, I have even tried to play from another profile.

try making a dummy profile and see if it saves

Hi Fangtasia911,

This may sound like a silly step to you but have you tried uninstall your game and re installing your game?

Also, are you able to play other games with no issue.

I have tried multiple games. And I am in the process of uninstalling one of the games, to see if it will work or not.

Congrats on getting the game worked out. Was it the uninstall and re-install that corrected the issue?
