Unable to get gamepass content

I understand you need help on your game problem.

Did you already download the Xbox app on your PC?

Try going to the Xbox app and search for the game from there, you will be able to install the game for free for as long as you choose the standard edition of the game.

Other editions of the game needs to be purchased.

If this is still the same, make sure that you are logged in to the correct account on your Xbox app. You can check that by going through the settings of the app or the profile from the app.

You may also reset the app and store.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC and try again.

Surely they cant be heading to a ultimate gampass gets extra content, and original gamepass gets the basic day one and not play 4 days before? 🤔

have the account with gamepass set to home xbox. if you are still unable to access gamepass you should be able to download directly from the store.

I'll definitely be giving it a play-over. Hard to imagine getting totally into it though - there's just too much other quality content going on the Gamepass.

gamepass is like netflix, they add new content and some content leaves, it is entirely up to the devs usually on how long it stays on gamepass.

They have sections that tell you whats leaving and when and whats coming in and when.
