    Unable to get April's game with Gold


    I have a Xbox Live credit card suscription but i'm unable to get Saints Row 4.

    I can't contact with xbox support from my count.

    Not recognizing Gold. Not accruing credits

    April's rebate has been delayed while they fix the issue with gold.

    Rebate Grid Expressing Falacies

    The issue with gold is a known problem and is the reason April's rebate has been delayed. Once the gold issue is fixed, they will issue the rebates

    Games with Gold missing

    I'm having the same issue. Was purchasing/reserving the Games with Gold for XB1 since April and just got my XB1 last month. Was able to get August's and this month's free games no problem but was unable to download anything from before then.
