You ca. Download and share games via pc with your method but you can't share cloud as that a subscriber option only

Only one profile.can roam and that's the subscriber

You can download and play gamepass games locally for pc but not Xbox without the cloud

They have to sign in on the Xbox app and download the said games

And then they HAVE TO sign in in their own profile on the Xbox app afterwards to play

You can only be signed in on one device at a time

Gameshare is only a console feature

Because gameshare only works on console

However if the parental account signs into the xbox app on pc the kid can download xbox gamepass games for.pc

But not access cloud

Cloud ia only available to the subscriber

Well no gameshare is only console exclusives

They will have to sign in on your account on the xbox app to download any gamepass games

Then sign onto theirs after to play their cloud saves
