Unable to game share. Help

Well, technically speaking, there is no "game share" function that allows you to share your game library with your friends.

The Home Console setting is intended to allow family members of the same household to play the games of other family members on the "Home Console", which is why there is a specific limit of 3 Home Console changes per 365 days.

Still, you and your friend can try contacting the official Xbox support at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us to get one additional Home Console change.

Keep in mind however, that abuse of the Home Console feature (and exchange of your Gamertag accounts) might be considered Account Theft and/or Marketplace theft and
could lead to your (and your friends) accounts and/or consoles being banned.

Sorry to hear about that, however, have you asked your friend if the subscription is on his account, because if it's only being shared with him, he will be unable to share it with you. Thus, aside from his owned games, are you able to install game pass games or not at all?

Yeah Im aware theres another thread. I posted in there and contacted "support" through Twitter. Still nothing. My account remains broken. So we should all keep it nice and tidy in 1 thread? No! This is a major problem NOT being spoken about or addressed.

Hi everybody! I need help from somebody because every time I call MS Support, I get the same old run around, the same troubleshooting stuff, the same lie them saying "we never heard of this problem before..." and "it's working on our end..",etc.,etc. I have

Hello! I'm sorry you have to experience this issue this new year. First off, are all of your content settings set to "Everyone" for content viewing? This setting can cause this issue.

Have you contacted support at yet about this issue?
