Unable to fully download games during updates

Every time I go online for the last month now to update my games, it pauses and never continues. I didn't have this problem before but now I can' play any of my games since it will not finished it's update. I know it's not network because my friend is using
the same network but for a ps4 and it still downloads perfectly fine. Why can I not update any of my games and is there anyway to fix this?

Unable to download game.

game: Need For Speed Rivals

Just bought game from Microsoft store but unable to download it fully. on 80% of download, stops and shows Error "Cant download Need for speed Rivals"... tried to re download multiple times - didn't helped. Could someone suggest solution.

I cannot finish updates.

I am having problems updating games. In the past, i downloaded them no problem. Now, i am unable to do so, even with small downloads (4 MB, and 19 MB). It started with a 19 MB Black ops update. It would never finish. Then i deleted the system cache and i'm
unable to play any game fully updated and online. Please help.

Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

Maybe what's happening in your case is that games have an update available that is being cancelled somehow during the update process. When that happens then the game will usually have to be fully downloaded again and you may find that it has therefore
been moved from your Installed list to the Ready To Install list.

Well if the OS cannot be used correctly (With unable to connect online to due update not downloading properly) they can reinstall the updated system to back to fully fix the connect online features that is also called a repair service under the software
side of things. So yes it can happen but it's very rarely needed.

The LED cable goes from orange to white. White when fully charged. This is the cable that was not recognized during the updating process.
