    Unable to finish multilayer tests


    I am unable to connect to any online features or play any online games. My Xbox one is connected over Wifi to my network and all other devices are working correctly.

    My wifi signal has 4 bars and is strong and my NAT type is moderate

    All services are available

    When I "test network connection" everything is good and it reports that the console is connected to the internet

    When I "Test Multiplayer connection" I get the following error:

    "Unable to finish multiplayer tests"

    Back up and try the tests agai. If it still does not work there may be a problem with your network (0x7fc3)

    My Xbox 360 is working correctly through the same WIFI.

    I have rebooted the router and wifi access point although every other device on the netweork is working correctly

    Its possible that this hasnt worked since I took an update on 25/11/2015

    My OS version is:

    10.0.10586.1016

    When running a wireshark trace on the router I can see lots of UDP packets between my Xbox and the Xbox network(Akamai)

    Please can somebody help, would reseting to factory help???????

    Unable to finish multilayer tests

    Try resetting your Xbox by turning the Xbox off by holding the power button on front of the console until it turns off then unplug it for 5 - 10 mins

    Thanks for reply, I have tried that but still the same problem. I can watch Netflix on the console, when it loads I get a lot of errors about syncing but the eventually I can play Movies?

    You have a problem with Internet connection or you do not have Open NAT. I personally bind to the second option.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 maybe that will help
