Unable to find The Walking Dead Season Pass

Hi,

I've recently purchased The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Season Pass through Xbox Game Pass on my PC, however, I am unable to find it in order to install it. I'm unsure what to do at the moment.

The picture below is what is shown when I try to place another order for the DLC. It's aware that I've purchased it, but I am unable to play it.

Why is it possible to purchase the Xbox version while using the in game interface you are prompted to use in order to purchase the season pass. If this is a known issue, why is there no other way I can purchase the season pass on the Xbox app store or the even the Microsoft store?

It seems like what you purchased is for the Xbox version due to the message you're being prompted to.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there, click the DLC icon for the DLC that you purchased, and you will be redirected to the product page, scroll down a bit for you to see the "Playable On" information to validate.

Is there a season pass for the walking dead, and would it include season 2?

I bought season pass for Telltale Games Walking Dead season 2. Have DL'd and played epi 1 and 2. Is epi 3 ready for DL or not? Billing message says unable to retrieve my cc info. If I have already paid for the season pass, what does this matter?
