Unable to find the Minecraft confirmation email in inbox

I purchased a new Minecraft account (Microsoft) on the 12th of May 2022. However, I just realised that there isn’t a confirmation email in my inbox/junk mail. I recently have had an issue in Minecraft and they required my transaction ID from the confirmation email. May I know why I did not receive the confirmation email in my Microsoft account inbox?

Did you purchase a Minecraft account, or purchase Minecraft the game?

I purchase the game on the official Minecraft website. I do not see any transactions under the order history for some reason. I purchased the game and also created a new Microsoft account as I needed to link an account in order to buy the game.

I understand, did you scan your email inbox for purchase confirmation emails?

This its because your Email its not @hotmail.com,@live.com or @msn.com. If I am correct please confirm Email as MS Account following the next steps:

- Visit account.live.com and sigin in with your email. You will find information to confirm Non MSFT domain (they will send you an email to your email inbox then you should confirm it (I Recommend you to use different password).

Just to confirm, have you already migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account?

If so, unfortunately, in recovering your Microsoft account, you should at least know the current Microsoft account's email address where your Minecraft game was linked to. If we don't have it, we cannot proceed with the account recovery using the Microsoft's online recovery tools.

Try to find traces on your email inbox for any email confirmation regarding the possible changes that were made onto your account.

Alternatively, try to check with Minecraft support team if they could help you find your correct Microsoft account by submitting a ticket through https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new
