Unable to find the game

Discus and support Unable to find the game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I won a code for the game "Max:the curse of Brotherhood" with the adventkalender comp.     Unable to find the game


    So I won a code for the game "Max:the curse of Brotherhood" with the adventkalender comp. I tried to put in the code using my xbox360 but it wouldn't work, so i claimed the code through the xbox website which worked. But now no game has showed up to download
    and im not sure where to find it. Im in Germany so im sure there is no problem with the region.

    Unable to find a game I purchased

    I have only had this issue with Kinect Fun Labs, which does not appear in "My Games" or "My Apps" at all. What I have found works for me is to open the guide from the controller and select "Recent" from the "Games & Apps" tab. From there, select the "Downloads"
    tab - as you said you just downloaded it - or the "All" tab.

    Worst case scenario, look for it in the storage section of the systems settings. Delete it from there - it may have corrupted somehow - and then redownload it from the marketplace or your purchase history list.

    just to be sure, it was a code for the 360 or could it have been one for the Xbox One?

    As WPAK stated you should find out if it was for the One or the 360. In the meantime I have included links for the game in your region below for both systems.

    Alternately you should be able to check on each system for the game using the following steps.

    360

    Go to Settings>Accounts>Download History

    One

    Go to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install

    hey thanks for the answer guys, I just found out it was the "xbox one" version.But its all cool as i'll have an xbox one in a few days anyway haha.
