Unable to find out why I was banned

I received a 2 week ban and this makes no sense. I currently in the process of moving. i haven't been on in several days and it is saying my profile had inappropriate content on it. I know what my profile had because I haven't changed it in years. My location
was something like "Halo/Gears of War/Battlefield land" something like that and my bio was something like "I don't waste ammo, I fire every shot" I have not changed this in years. Now all of a sudden I get this notice. And by the looks of it, it looks like
it was more affecting to xbox 360. I play on Xbox one, the only one I let play on my xbox 360 is my father who doesn't get on often and is currently in S.F. working on some electrician work and I spoke with him before I went to work yesterday. neither one
of us has been online and with both my location and bio changed to "code of conduct" I can't see what it says that is in violation. Now I'm very skeptical because I don't know if I have been hacked. There are battlefield players that take games way too serious
and wondering if someone got on my account recently and changed my profile, since I never check it, and it got mass reported by people for having something inappropriate. I had this feeling since not that long ago I was also in contact with xbox support because
I was seeing my account online in different areas but I was told by xbox support that that was probably due to xbox 360 game emulators because every time I played an xbox 360 game on my Xbox One from the xbox store it said that was at the same time these xbox
360s. so i really thought someone might be accessing my account. But xbox said it looks like it is just the emulators. I want to know if I have been hacked because I have credit card information on there and also it wouldn't have been the first time being
hacked. Back in Halo 2, yes that long ago, I was banned from the game by Bungie, back when game companies did their own bans. No reason was stated. Called xbox live and they said there was no ban that was made by Bungie on my account so they were able to determine
I was hacked and someone posing as bungie was able to access their games banhammer and banned me. So I was unbanned. Back then, xbox support was always transparent and helpful but right now I get no transparency and no feedback and I xan't find out why I am
banned because I know I didn't put anything inappropriate on my account. And besides submitting a review on enforcement, that I'm not hearing back from and still under review, all they said was "post this on the xbox forum". No clearer information was given
and no way to contact enforcement about this.

Unable to find a reason as to why I an banned from communications.

After reading the code of conduct, I am unable to find out why my account under the gamertag was banned from communications. I contacted support and was told to make a post.

 

Need to find out why im console banned

I have been console banned till the 19th of August and i would like to know why.

 

Never mind, I just got a response back and they are upholding their decision. gave me a link and found out my account was accessed from D.C., I have never been to Washington D.C. in my life and I did not access an emulator during that time. So now I have
to change my password and I am still getting punished for what someone else did to my account. This sucks.
