Unable to find my xbox 360 games bought on xbox 360 console in xbox one

I have bought digital versions of far cry 3,skate 3 and street fighter 4 in my xbox 360 console.

Recently i just upgraded to xbox one using the same microsoft account.

But i cannot find in my xbox 360 games in my purchased list nor in my games full library->owned list.

I bought a few xbox games recently like the witcher and it shows up in my purchased list as well as in my game library.

So it seems to be transferring games from xbox 360 to xbox one issues.

Any idea?

First, check that you can find these games in the purchase history of the account you used to purchase the games.

On this link, you can access your account's purchase history, all your purchases and codes you used are shown.

If you find it, go to your console, use the account you used to buy the games, and look for the games in the store.

If you don't find the games you mentioned in your purchase history it means the games were purchased with another account.

I mean that I bought the game version for xbox one and not the one for xbox 360, so I'm unable to download it or else.

My error is the same one posted here, but I also do not have a 360. XBOX support was unable to offer a solution. This error in one form or another seems to have been around since 2016. I had this problem before, but there weren't many BC games at the
time and none I was too excited about. If one can get a single 360 game on their XBOX One console it seems to resolve the problem, but you need to buy a game using an XBOX 360 console then download on XBOX one. If you don't have a 360 you are out of luck.

Gamespot has them for $80 and I think they have a 30 day no questions return. I guess I could buy one then return.

I wish I had known the details of this a month ago. Just bought a Roku for one of my other TVs and could have simply bought a 360.

Hi Kyle. The game itself is PAL and the console I'm not sure but it was bought in the UK. I am unable to locate the code on the back of the console as you said. It is an XBOX 360 S.

Actually after doing a bit more research it looks like Xbox One fight sticks won't work in Backward Compatibility.

It looks like you're unable to use Xbox One accessories in Xbox 360 games as well as Xbox 360 accessories on an Xbox One, even thru Xbox 360 Backward Compatibility. In short, Xbox 360 accessories only work on an Xbox 360 console and Xbox One accessories
only work on an Xbox One console in Xbox One games.
