    Unable to find friends Gamertags


    Hi, I have a European model series S (didn't realise this when I bought it, thanks Amazon!). Everything set up fine, Microsoft account was fine, my Game Pass Ultimate is all set up, but my friends can't find my Gamertag and I can't find their's. I've checked my privacy settings and they're all set so I can be found, but I'm still not showing up when they search for me. Does anyone know why this might be?

    Have you been able to find the profile of his account and can't friend through his profile link? Or are you just unable to find the gamertag?

    Like my friends and I are unable to put ii alone in a gamertag, for example. “Roger2926 ii”, I’m unable to make that my gamertag because of the ii. Which I don’t understand.

    Why don't you contact your "friend" and ask him? This is not a place to call out GTs or get in touch with your friends.
