Unable to find email in the Privacy section

Hi,

I got a message saying that my e-mail couldn`t be found when I tried to change my privacy to adult. I am connected to the XboxLive, but it can`t

find my e-mail. I tried everything. Any solutions?

People can't see me online

go to privacy and online settings and then scroll through the privacy section. you will find an item that entails your problem. switch it to friends, and then scroll all the way down and press save.

Preloading Destiny 2

I have pre purchased the game and received a thank you email informant me that I can begin downloading the the game now in preparation for launch. However I am unable to find the install or download option anywhere, even in the store manage section. Any
ideas about why this is happening?

Sorry to hear it. Perhaps you forgot the spelling of the email or the email itself. This is simple to rectify. If your gamertag is on your 360 then just sign in as normal and watch the upper right corner of the dashboard. Your gamertag's email will flash
there.

If the tag is not on the console then give phone support a call. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they will give you the email for the account.

I used the troubleshooter but it was unable to find any problems. I also reset the XBOX Apps and checked for problems in the Gaming section in Settings and still can not find a fix

Go over to the settings and find the privacy section under the account settings, then locate your parental settings and customise them to allow you to be able to add others on xbox live.
