Unable to find a reason as to why I an banned from communications.

After reading the code of conduct, I am unable to find out why my account under the gamertag was banned from communications. I contacted support and was told to make a post.

I got temp banned

I was banned from communication for 28 hours and im wondering why i was banned. From my side i see no communications between me or anyone else in weeks. I dont use my mic outside of parties with my friend, so there is no reason for
me to be banned. before this i have had an untouched record with xbox. a flawless account, so im appealing as to why i was banned even temporarily.

ive got banned from communications witch i agree with, then i was playing online fine woke up today with an online ban when ive done nothing wrong didnt ban me the day i had a communication ban it was 2 days later i had my online ban just find unfair for
getting banned not knowing the reason why and when youve done nothing wrong, they need to start telling you why you get these bans not just give it for no reason pathetic i find this thanks for my pointless ban anyways xbox us gamers dont desever this

And once again I've been to enforcement.xbox.com and there no reasoning to why I'm banned it just says I'm back from communications but no explanations why

None of the information from the link you provided explains why I’ve been banned. How can I avoid another ban if I can’t find out the reason behind the ban?

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent
by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Even tho Im for banning ALLDAY. Turn 10 should at least give the community a reason for being banned and how long this banned will take place. I think most of the people on FM know why they are getting banned, but not giving the community a reason will only
have repeat offenders...
