Unable to Enter World / Deleted World: Recovery in XBOXONE Console?

1. I am unable to enter the Minecraft worlds. No errors, or anything. It loads the Minecraft game, but when you choose a world, it does nothing.

2. In the course of trying to figure it out, we deleted newly created worlds. We saved 1 world that was built over the past year, but it was accidentally deleted.

A. Does anyone else have problems getting the world to start? If so, did you get a fix? Reinstall? Or?

B. Is there a way in the Xboxone console to get to the file system and replace the deleted world into the Minecraft directory as you can in a Windows PC?

Minecraft World Recovery

Me and my friend have been working on a Minecraft world for so long and we play on it everyday however when my friend got home from school today the save was gone for no reason and the world is missing. We hope there's a way to recover it because of all
the time we spent on it. Any support is appreciated.

deleted world

Daughter accidentally deleted her world in Minecraft Win 10 beta edition. Any chance of restoring that? It is not on my HD, was hoping it was on the cloud somewhere. -Thanks!

You can delete all of your saved game information on the hard drive. If you were playing the game online (i.e. connected to Xbox Live), the next time you boot up Minecraft, it will sync your saves from the Cloud to your hard drive. I guess that's worth
a shot.

This does not work. I have 3 worlds on my Xbox One Minecraft edition. 1 world was transferred from the 360, the other two created on the Xbox One. I cannot access any of the three. I click on a world and the game makes the click sound as if you are
selecting it, but the screen does not advance.

I have searched everywhere on the internet and there are no answers to be found. I have not found any responses from Microsoft or Mojang which I find strange since many people have complained about the same issue.

Please help. The world I want back I have been working on over 2 years. Microsoft moderators, PLEASE forward this to tech and find a fix. Thanks.

Hey Guys,

I had the same problem with my savegames. I found a workaround that helped me to solve it:

1. delete the local savegames from your HDD

2. uninstall Minecraft and all texture packs

3. clean the xbox cache (hardreset)

4. install minecraft and all texture packs

Now you should be able to load your savegames.

Man, I wish that worked for me but it didn't. I had xbox support walk me through the exact same process. I got the message of a damaged game save and instead of deleting it locally, I clicked cancel. It no longer showed up in the menu of worlds. Nine
months of total transformation.

I'm afraid to let you know that it did not, in fact, work. They couldn't find their world at all, meaning it was completely lost.

Thank you for your attempt of helping. We'll keep this in handy in case this happens again, and they still have the world data.
