Unable to enter Ultimate Xbox Game Pass - PaymentInstrumentNotFound error

I am trying to enter a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 14 day code purchased from mmoga and its not a trial and its the correct region (EU).

Upon entering the code it asks to turn on reocccuring payment for an extra free month which i have tried with and without it on and still I get the following error message:-

PaymentInstrumentNotFound WVaYcp71VUy2pahV.03.6.11 then the date.

I have tried different cards which are all from the UK along with my paypal account.

I have checked with xbox support and my account is all UK and no foreign addresses.

They checked and the codes are valid but they dont have a clue what is wrong apart from removing my cards and rentering the details but that didnt work.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve the problem as there is only one other person online who has had this problem and the reply was that its a region issue which i dont have as confirmed by xbox support?

14 day codes are not trials, as above people are using them on active accounts and they were handing out 14 day codes at comic con.

Anyone know what the error code means as it has nothing to do with trials as they have a different error message.

according to an expert on here before its due to region not matching, is that true?

If i dont choose the option of reoccurring payments with the free 1 month trial the error message changes to:-

IkRChUbcskuF2gLu.7.0.6.29

Any idea on what that translates to?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm sorry but all 14 day codes are trials. If you've had a trial before then that may be why you're having this problem as these codes are usually reserved for new accounts only

If that is true please could you tell me how all these other users are able to redeem 14 day codes and stack them for up to 3 years?

If you had Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already active before you redeem that code, when you enter a code for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass it will add as Game Pass Ultimate and not only Xbox Game Pass, is this your case?
