    Unable to enter daily challenges on Microsoft jigsaw games


    I cannot access the daily jigsaw challenges. When I go to enter a challenge the screen goes black as if it is going to one of the adds It stays this way for a couple of minutes then goes back to the main Solitaire card screen. All other jigsaw games work.
    Only the daily challenges do not work. This started happening on the 16th March 2018. Is there a fix for this? Everything was working until the 18th after that the above happens.

    Jigsaw daily challenge reward does work

    For 15 days I have been unable to collect reward after a play a daily challenge on Jigsaw/

    No one has offered to help.

    Can play the other 2 games on Jigsaw.

    Looks like Microsoft games have not sorted out a fix for my above issue. Could someone from Microsoft games please have the professionalism to contact me to discuss this issue. I have rung and was told to place a report through this medium. But it would
    appear that ignorance is bliss.

    I cannot start Microsoft Jigsaw Daily Challanges

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
