Unable to edit bio.

I am unable to edit my bio. I've tried deleting and redownloading my profile on the console, but that had no effect. I used to able to easily find and edit it online, but I cannot seem to find the area to manage my profile now. What should I do?

This happens on console if you have used up all the characters for that field. Either delete it all and do it again, or you can do it on Xbox.com.

I just tried the link given (twice), after hitting save, it never actually accepted the changes. Simply stayed the same.

Hey, guys. Go ahead and try out
this link and let me know if that works for you. This is the only way that it can be edited on the site, but you can still edit them on the 360.
