Unable to Download

Unable to format Memory, unable to process download. Warranty expired and Microsoft offered to help......for 80 bucks.

Are you sure that's what you region is? You might want to go back to the
sticky post and do some checking into that.

So you cannot download any marketplace content from xboxlive?

How much storage do you have left on your hard drive?

Try checking your systems memory and see if there are any files connected with 'deadlight' i.e. see if the previous attempts have left behind a file - if so delete it and try again.

You could also try emptying your cache in case a full cache is causing your system problems?

1.Navigate to the "My Xbox" channel on the dashboard menu (the console's 'main menu').

2.Scroll right, to the last page which is the "System Settings" page.

3.Select "Memory" from the list of options.

4.Highlight the hard drive and hit Y on your controller.

5.Select the option to clear the update cache and perform maintenance on the memory unit.

6.Restart your xbox 360 console.
