Unable to download Xbox360 profile to Xbox One

Right so long story short, trying to play the original Assassin's Creed which is an older 360 game which i have downloaded/installed and boots up into the 360 emulator on the system

however when i try to start the game, it is unable to download the profile to get started

it comes up saying that it cannot connect to Xbox Live, which is just rubbish cause everything else works just fine

Now I've googled around plenty and tried Hard Resetting the console and clearing the 360 cache and resetting my modem all to no avail

I see other posts referring to issues if they were on the preview program, which I am not so its not that

any other solutions?

Update: There is no profiles within the 360 dashboard/menu/Emulator for me to remove to then re-download

Thanks for filling out the surveys, guys! We send that to the right people to look into. It does not guarantee that items will be fixed, but it does help out investigations.

If you guys have a 360 in your house as well, what you are likely running into is a NAT issue. That is what we had seen with Preview users who were testing this out before release in November. If you have a 360 in your house, please unplug it or disconnect
it from your internet, power cycle your router by leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes, then turn on your Xbox One *only*. See if that helps you download your profile on your Xbox One then.

I have a similar problem however my issue is once on Halo Reach home screen it right away says I am disconnected from xbox live than signs into my old gamertag. Unable to play any multiplayer, only options I have is campaign and menu. I have contacted support
about this issue 3 times yesterday via support chat and they of course were no help. Wanted me to port forward some lines on my modem which I knew was a waste of time as I have no issue with any other games, power cycle my xbox and some other useless things
which all failed to help.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Power cycling the console did not resolve the issue.

Yes you need an actual gold subscription to play backwards compatible games, Trials are limited with certain features. Having a credit card on file may help but I don't think it will change much in this situation.
