    Unable to download xbox live profile


    I was unable to connect, so i deleted all data and try to redownload the xbox live account. An error occurred that display a message saying "unable to download any xbox live account at the moment".

    Just re-buy gold, nothing working. I'm really frustrated.

    so as of yesterday March 13th I was unable to sign into my Xbox Live account I have since then been on the phone for a matter of 3 hours between 4 phone calls the last step they had me do was deleting my profile I have now been unable to use my Xbox Live
    for the last two days and I am unable to download my Xbox live profile it starts to download it but then goes to an error screen and says that Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now please try again later

    I tried to re download my profile but because i cannot connect to xbox live, i am unable to re download my profile, and prodigy how long do you think it will take for me to get back online?

    Hello IcedAphid,

    Sorry to hear about your frustrations. If this was on an Xbox 360 then the issue
    was that the servers were having in issue within signing in which caused your issue with being unable to download your profile. The issue is fixed now and everything should operate accordingly now. If this is on an Xbox One I recommend that you contact
    Xbox support directly.

    Sooooo, let me guess... Hacked again?

    I'm unable to sign in or download profile 6pm PST I was at the tower in Destiny. and signed out of Xbox live appeared on screen .

    Just a few checks, Have you tried a different Profile on the Xbox to see if it is able to download from the marketplace?

    if the other profile is able to download from the market, then I would suggest downloading your profile with the problem again. Move the Profile to a Memory Stick and then disconnect the flash drive from the console, then recover your profile from Xbox Live.

    The reason for moving the profile to the Memory Stick is a backup step if you are unable to download your profile. So don't skip this step as you will need to move/remove the profile to recover it from Xbox Live.
