unable to download xbox live accounts right now

Hello-

I am trying to download my xbox360 profile (that has Gold account) to my friends xbox 360. It keeps giving me error message of "unable to download xbox live accounts right now" I have been on the phone with tech support and their only solution was to turn
off/on and unplug the xbox. Which didnt work. They also said there is not problem on there end. I am still unable to download the profile. The microsoft email and password are correct and have been checked multiple times. What good is Gold account if you
can only play it on one console? Please help!

Xbox live

so as of yesterday March 13th I was unable to sign into my Xbox Live account I have since then been on the phone for a matter of 3 hours between 4 phone calls the last step they had me do was deleting my profile I have now been unable to use my Xbox Live
for the last two days and I am unable to download my Xbox live profile it starts to download it but then goes to an error screen and says that Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now please try again later

Unable to download Minecraft

I purchased Minecraft on my old account which is now banned from xbox live and I'm unable to download it on my new account.

I have no answer for this question, but the same is happening to me. This is really annoying me now, I want to go on the Xbox but I can't because I can't download my account again!

I turned the Xbox on and it says "connect to Xbox LIVE" so I press that and it pops up saying "Unable to connect" which is fair enough because that could have been my internet connection. Then I sign out and test my Xbox LIVE connection and it all connects
up fine. AND THEN I TRY SIGNING IN AGAIN AND IT SAYS UNABLE TO F*CKING CONNECT! So i delete my profile and re-download it. AND IT SAYS "Sorry Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now". F*ck you Microsoft. F*ck you. Sort this out.

Hello iqie0174,

One of the things that can cause an issue is the mismatch between your Xbox LIVE account region, and the region that you are actually in now. If you are unable to download SKY from your account Download History, you might want to create a new LIVE account
for the region that you are actually in.
