Unable to download Xbox 360 game on Xbox One (having already been paid for)

An Xbox 360 game (Left for dead 2) that I used to be able to play on my Xbox One suddenly disappeared from my games library.

I have tried the ‘store’ and directs me to Xbox.com saying it can’t be downloaded on Xbox One (even though I played before).

Had a look online but now I must re-pay for the game and all the DLC content I had already.

Is there anyway I can get the game back with all the content without paying again?

Gamer profile bug 360 games

After having contacted Microsoft Support multiple times today, I was suggested to post my issues here on the forum.

I've been having problems with my Xbox One after trying to play a Xbox 360 game on it. (Fallout 3)

I was unable to download the profile, and all the steps have been performed with Microsoft support.

This issue also occurs with other Xbox 360 games, however the Xbox one games work perfectly fine.

 

Unable to download Rocksmith 2014 dlc I already bought on 360

Hello, my issue is that, like the title says, I am unable to download the Rocksmith 2014 dlc I already bought on the Xbox 360. I've had this issue for a while but until now, I've been able to play the songs I've bought on my 360. My disc was damaged recently
and now I only have the Xbox One version of the game, which doesn't have the songs and I can't download them from the shop (both in-game store and Xbox store). I've already contacted Ubisoft support and was told that all songs were already made available for
Xbox One and to contact Xbox support.

To check and see if your account owns that content sign into the
Xbox 360 purchase history.

If your account owned that content at any point in time it will be listed there and you should be able to access it.

If you do not find that content it means that account never owned the content and may have had access to it through another feature such as Game Pass, a Home console, or from a free to play event.
