Unable to Download XBL DLC via Xbox.com

Wasn't 100% sure if this was the right forum, but here goes.

On the X360 Games with Gold deal for this part of February, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is currently the featured free game.

I'm without my Xbox, so I am trying to download this game via Xbox.com instead - I am presented with an error code when I click "purchase", either via the Games with Gold directory or searching for the title in the actual XBL directory.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

This is the most recent, from about 15 minutes ago. Same error message as previous occasions over the last few days.

Any light to be shed?

Purchasing and Downloading via Xbox.com....

Is there anyway to queue your DLC up to download onto your XB1 when purchasing DLC via Web Browser (xbox.com), instead of having to manually download an already redeemed (but not installed) content?

[e.g. Going to the Xbox 360 Marketplace via Xbox.com and have it queue to download].

 

is new update 16197 out for download tomorrow?

i have spoke with few xbl agent and they say the new dash update is to be avaliable to download via xbox.com tomorrow 23rd can anyone comfirm this?

 

Clear browser cache and try another browser like Firefox or ie

 

Considering we're getting pretty close to the end of that particular offer, if the above mentioned suggestion doesn't work and you just don't have access to your console right now perhaps someone where the console is can log in for you to download the title
or give phone support for your region a call to see if they can help you get the game.

 

Clearing cache in Chrome didn't help, trying in IE did.

Chrome would be your issue

Best bet ie or Firefox

And if those don't work you need to provide more info
