unable to download updates

Hi we hve the error code

417F - 0000 - 3080 - 0300 - D000 - 0185

tried everything on the threads, launched from usb, cleared cache, etc.

the error keeps on.

can you please help.

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well. Thank you!

 

remove reattach hard drive then do the update again

 

or you can go to Settings>>system>>storage>>highlight hard drive>>push buttons in sequence: LB RB X LB RB X. it will delete the previous update and reeinstall it

 

I'm having the same problem. Won't let me connect to Live or download system update. Xbox says my profile and memory are corrupted. Don't know what to do. I've tried everything suggested.

 

Hey there, FastEddieZ28! This thread is a bit old. If the suggestion above doesn't help you out, and your console says that the memory is corrupted, you may need to set up a repair for your console. To make sure that's the case, please create a new thread
detailing what you're running into, any error codes you may be receiving, the type of console you have (4GB, Elite, etc), and troubleshooting you've already completed. This way we can get you the individual support that works best on the forums.

 

iM HAVING THIS ISSUE TOO. MY XBOX IS COMPLETELY F**KED. DESTINY WONT WORK AND IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME AND HAS TO BE TURNED OFF. BY THE WAY I LIVE IN A SUTRALIA SO IM NOT PAYING $$$ TO GT IT SHIPPED AND FIXED. THIS STARTED RANDOMLY AND NOW MY XBOX IS UNUSABLE.
