    Unable to download update


    Yesterday I got a message that a update was available. I bypassed it and the Xbox worked fine. Today I went to download the update and it tells me it can't because I need 190mb of storage. Checked out my storage and the hard drive is showing as unformatted.
    My profiles are all gone as well. How do I fix this? Not wanting to lose all my game progress.

    Thanks but my console is showing as unformatted and the clear system cache isn't enabled. I also cannot download my profile because the unformatted issue.

    At this point a format will be needed and that will cause all your data to be deleted unless you use a data recovery service

    Downloads not working? Is my HDD broken?

    Just tried using an external without the standrd HDD plugged in, and it tried to download a system update, and again, was unable to download the update :/
