Unable to download South Park: Stick of Truth

Despite pre-ordering South Park: The Fractured But Whole, I am unable to download the Stick of Truth that in its description says should come free with the pre-ordering of The Fractured But Whole. FYI I am a preview member for Redstone. Customer Support
has asked me to make a post here regarding this problem.

I can't download South Park: The Stick of Truth!

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!

If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.
