Unable to download Sleeping Dogs in Israel

Hello, I've recently acquired an Xbox 360 E console. I redeemed my 1 month Live GOLD code and I tried to download the game Sleeping Dogs onto my console. However, the console says that the game's region does not match my console's, and when I try
to download it from my laptop the site says the game is unavailable in my region (although if it
were unavailable, it shouldn't even show up in the Home tab). So how do I fix this? The "profile" tab in billing.microsoft.com says I'm in Israel, my console's locale is set to Israel, yet it won't download.

you need to shop in sleeping dogs, search and download there

 

Sleeping Dogs Download Help

I have the same problem. I'm downloading Sleeping Dogs from Live BR and the download stops at 64%. When I try downloading it again, an error message shows up: Can't download Sleeping Dogs.

Please solve this!

 

Did you buy the console from Israel?

If not that would be why

Some content requires a matching console when you queue from the website without changing the locale it defaults to USA

This is why you should change the locale on the website to see the correct content and pricing

 

I did buy the console in Israel. If it helps, for some reason my Microsoft account under billing.microsoft.com says I have two "personal accounts" - one US and one IL (Israel). I can't buy games either: I put a credit card under my ISRAELI account and whenever
I try to buy games (such as Minecraft) from the store then it says I don't have any payment info. When I try to add a new credit card, it automatically assumes I'm in the US (can't change the country). Perhaps this is the same reason why I can't download the
game? Is there a fix for this or do I have to make a new account?

 

You need to Change the region of your account under xbox.com account management under manage my region

 

I did that (it was US for some reason) but it still won't let me download. I'll call my local support hotline, see if they can fix it. Worst case scenario I'll make another account.

 

Hey, Ilan here. I made a new account whose locale is in Israel and it works now! Prices are in ILS and my payment means are actually used!
