    Unable to download Skyrim’s DLC status code 80169E16


    I cant download DLC for Skyrim on XBoX 360. My payment is up to date. I’ve tried to download from the website as well to trigger thr console to download.

    all i get is an error - status code 80169E16.

    I am having the same problem. My billing is up to date and correct, but cannot download content. It's pretty annoying not being able to purchase content. Does Microsoft want my money or not?

    Hey, I'm not seeing any info on this error code, so we're just going to run through some basics until we can figure out what's going on.

    Are you only getting this error when purchasing a certain amount of points, or any? Have you tried to add a new payment method and try purchasing with that one?
