Unable to download Simms expansion pack

Thanks for reply but still no joy! Yes to showing in purchase history. In regards to showing as home console under account we have ticked the account which we want to 'show on home'. This Is driving me mad I'm ready to launch the whole console out the
window Andy hope that Microsoft never darken my path again 😬😬

By the look of the original post, there seems to be two occurrences that you have described, one discussing the inability to access a hacked account, and another discussing the inability to play a Sims expansion or added piece content.

A compromised account would need attention and further assistance from our
customer support team, as the forums community does not carry the necessary tools for account review/investigation.

If the expansion is properly reflecting on the account through the Microsoft order history, it would be best to follow that account back on the console and attempt to check the
ready to install section on the console, and or attempt installing from the Microsoft store on a computer or mobile device by heading
to the website.

I have been playing sniper elite 3 on the internet for some time ,but for the last 3 days I have been unable to connect to the on line multiplayer for this game the message it keeps giving me is to download free multiplayer expansion pack, however

I am having the exact same problem and I cannot find any additional information anywhere. I've spent a good part of the day searching. I purchased it through the GameStop website hoping that would serve as a workaround, but no luck. The entire page is missing
from the website even though other pages still link to it. I know the special ended yesterday, I wonder if that has something to do with it.
