Unable to download Rocksmith 2014 dlc I already bought on 360

Hello, my issue is that, like the title says, I am unable to download the Rocksmith 2014 dlc I already bought on the Xbox 360. I've had this issue for a while but until now, I've been able to play the songs I've bought on my 360. My disc was damaged recently
and now I only have the Xbox One version of the game, which doesn't have the songs and I can't download them from the shop (both in-game store and Xbox store). I've already contacted Ubisoft support and was told that all songs were already made available for
Xbox One and to contact Xbox support.

Dlc Rocksmith 360/One, paid twice..

Hi, sorry for my English, (I'm french and i use Google translator).

I have Rocksmith (on 360), Rocksmith 2014 (on 360) and Rocksmith 2014 (and recently on Xbox One), yeah I'm a big fan .

I bought many dlc... And recently, I bought 2 dlc on the android application and by playing Rocksmith 2014 version 360, theese 2 dlc were not validated. I had to pay a second time (I did it, thinking it would mark "free" or "already bought") but it charged
my account. What solution does it exist? Refund?

Rock Band and Rocksmith License Transfers Not Working

Hello! I have 2 problems which seem directly related. On my Xbox One version of Rocksmith 2014, I am supposed to be able to download the license transer for Rocksmith games and all my previous DLC bought on the 360 for free, but I am unable to. I know
I bought it because it shows up an my 360 version of the game.

Similarly, I am also unable to download songs from Rock Band 1 onto my Xbox One for Rock Band 4, and again, I already paid the licensing for the transfer rights.

Since this is an issue for 2 similar games, I'm assuming it has to do with my account, but I have never switched gamer tags or anything, so I'm not sure. I would appreciate any help, thank you!
