    unable to download puzzles


    I am no longer able to download new puzzle collections. I am running windows 10 x64. I have reset the app. I have removed the app completely, rebooted (cold) and reloaded the app. All that has happened is I can't even access the collections I purchased
    previously. The system sees my points, It shows the collections I own. When I try to download them, the download bar appears but nothing else happens. I've even tried letting it run overnight. None of the fixes in the forum help. Obviously other people
    are having problems too. An answer would be nice.

    Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

    I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.
