Unable to download puzzles also unable to correct incorrect information on my account profile.

I've deleted and reloaded game twice. I've depleted all gold bars several times. I was hoping this would be resolved but several months have passed and nothing has changed except I'm about through with this. I created an account when I purchased Microsoft
Office Suite. I noticed some information that was incorrect on my account but was unable to do anything about it before I was bounced off to another page. I have not been able to log in to my profile to correct my information. I am not relaxing and unwinding
at the end of a stressful day with a new puzzle. I am, instead, stressing out, trying to fix things which can't be fixed. Are there any devs supporting this game?

I cannot download puzzles and I have lost all my loaded puzzles

Dear Support,

I have lost all my previously loaded puzzles and I am unable to download my selected puzzles. Please advise me as to what I can do to correct this.

Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.
