Unable to download profile

For the love of god can someone please tell me why I can't download my profile from Xbox live before I throw it out the window ... I've been on to support 3 times! I've recreated password - cleared cache - formatted the console - unplugged it etc etc etc!!
My Xbox 360 died and I've purchased the Xbox 360 E and that's the only thing different and just not been able to download my profile. Can anyone help?

Unable to download profile.

The owner of the account will need to contact support. If they are able to answer some account related questions, support will give the email address for it. From there you should be able to recover the password and account.

It's fine, microsoft will fix it soon, and everything will be back to normal

Thanks for letting us know. So we can take a closer look with you, can you reply back with some additional details?

1. What are you seeing when you try to sign into your profile on the new console? Please include a picture of any specific error messages you're getting.

2. Are other accounts still able to sign into that console, or do you see the same issue trying to sign into any account?

3. Are you using a wired or wireless connection for the console?

4. If you have any reference numbers for any of your previous contact with support, please provide those here as well.

Hi JimmyTribes,

USB its in fact a good option, now please try with other Console into USB if works then you may have any issue with your storage device or even console (if its internal memory only)

Solution 1: Clear the system cache

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Go to Settings and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Solution 2: Delete the profile that’s stored on your Xbox console and download your profile again

To delete the profile that’s stored on your Xbox console:

Go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only. (This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.)

To download your Xbox Live profile:

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Download Profile.

Note If you don’t see a “Download Profile” notification, it probably means you’re signed in to your profile. Press X to sign out.

Enter the Microsoft account that’s associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Questions about a Microsoft account or gamertag.

Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, you have to use the parent’s Microsoft account to download the profile.

Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

Your profile will begin downloading.

When the download is complete, you can choose whether to require a Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile. The Remember Password option is turned off by default, which means you’ll be prompted for your Windows Live ID password when you sign
in to your Xbox Live profile.
