    Unable to download profile on Xbox 360 game


    Can someone help me? I’ve been trying to download my profile onto an Xbox 360 game I have recently purchased however when I go to download the profile it says not connected to Xbox live. Yet when I test the connection like it tells me to it says I am connected to the internet and therefore Xbox live. I have tried multiple methods trying to fix this issue but it’s still not working. How do I resolve this issue?
