Unable to Download profile from Xbox Live

I'm unable to download my profile from Xbox Live for the last 4 days. I have deleted all my profiles on my disk with the hopes to download them again from XboxLive. Testing the network connectivity to Xbox Live is succesfull, but when I want to download
my profile it fails...there is three attempts where it does not even pick up my profile, on the 4th attempt it picks my profile up from Xbox live and then starts the download, at this point it fails...the error codes I do recieve during these attempts is as
follows:

Account Info - Sorry there was a problem, please try again later - Code: 800705B4 as well as Code: 8007274C

Xbox Live - Sorry Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now, try again later - Code 800705B4

I have re-confirmed that the required ports are open on my ADSL router (even disabled my firewall at a point) and all my devices on my network is LAN connected - No WiFi. All internet traffic and connections are 100% operational on my PC's and servers.

I have cleared system cache 3 times as well, reseated my HDD, rebooted the Xbox after each test.

Any ideas on what steps to try next?

Disconnected from Xbox LIVE when I log into any live account

I'm finally able to connect to Xbox LIVE while logged into an account however I am unable to download my profile now. When I tried to re-download my profile, as per Mister Fitzer's suggestion, my profile disappeared from the Xbox and I received error 800704DC.
I am still receiving the error whenever I try to download the profile.

Thread discusses the same problem you're having. One of the users had to format his hard drive to rid of the error.

There are different fixes to it and unfortunately you went through most of the ones that have worked. In some cases it is an error on LIVE connection. It may be that there is something wrong with your profile; however, I've never heard of that happening
either... I won't advise you to attempt formatting your HDD; however, if that is what you decide to do please follow this:

Plug a USB into your XBOX 360. Format it to the system standard. MOVE all of your saved games onto said USB drive. Proceed to format your HDD. Once it is set up, download your profile, make sure it works, then move the saved data back onto your console.

It's different for everyone and there isn't really a clear fix on the issue.
