    Hello...I was invited to the preview program a couple of months ago and started the process but did not get to download the dashboard. I asked the same friend to send me another invite which he did on Monday 6/22/15. By Friday 6/26/15,I had still not received
    the invite so I contacted someone through chat (I had been using my ipad and the forum group from the FAQ was not showing up). I was told that the issue was being forwarded and that I would have a resolution/answer in about 72 hours. The case number for that
    chat is [Mod Removed]. The person I spoke to told me that I am appearing as part of the preview program but I do not have access to the preview dashboard. I decided to follow up today just to check the status and was asked to post here to try to get a resolution.
    The number for that chat is [Mod Removed].

    I appreciate the time and effort that everyone has put forth and I am looking forward to resolving this issue as soon as we can. Please let me know if I need to provided any additional information to expedite the process.

    Hi Mulsanne,

    sorry to hear about your problems, please can you post a new thread in the preview program registration support forum here you should then be able to get the specialised tech support you need to get you up and running.

    If you have any problems accessing the forum on that link above please just reply to this thread again as the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort out your access out once they see your message.

    Yep - that's the access problem I mentioned above, the team will sort it when they see this thread.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do related to the preview program - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

  7. Thank you. I will keep monitoring this thread. I see that others have had their issues resolved regarding accessing the support forum. I'm a little worried that my thread has been acidentally overlooked, maybe because of the title? Unable to download Preview Program Dashboard :(
