    This problem has been there for over ten years, I can't download backwards compatible game easily and my hdd still has a lot of space i am getting many error code 8015d000, error +16193292776 error code 8015d086, error code 8015d086 .

    Question about games with gold

    Why are you unable to download the Xbox 360 games? For a while now the 360 games have all been backwards compatible, so if you've claimed them, you should be able to download and play on Xbox One. Do you get an error message, or are they not showing
    up as available? I'd check the filters in My Games & Apps for if it's set to now show the 360 games? Are you able to download any 360 games?

    Gamerscore not updating with achievements

    I don't believe it's as simple as a server sync. The issue is much bigger.

    It looks like Achievements not totalling and being unable to download your 360 profile because of a Credentials error are linked and if so, it’s possible this has been going on for months as some are reporting being unable to download their 360 profile since
    September.

    If True Achievements does reflect your actual Gamerscore, where are they getting that information? I assumed from Xbox.com, but it can't be because that site reports the wrong GS.

    I have a feeling there's a major issue here no one wants to acknowledge.
