    Unable to Download NO REFUND


    Today, August 28th I purchased Tomb Raider, Legend and it is supposed to Download automatically. It does not. My Xbox 360 shows it under recent downloads but it is not anywhere to be found. And when I select to Download again the progress never increases.
    I don't know why it's not downloading or how to fix it. And there are no refunds so what am I supposed to do with it? Can it be put on my computer instead? I specifically downloaded for Xbox 360. HELP...PLEASE!

    Refund Denial

    I applied for a refund well within the 2 weeks, and I haven't played it at all (so under 2 hours play time). I'm unable to download the game though as I don't own an Xbox, I'm wanting a refund/exchange so I can purchase it for PC. Seems strange that it
    must be downloaded and launched before requesting a refund as they specifically told me they wouldn't refund games that had been played/consumed.

    I did some investigating and found that some people who downloaded the game and were unable to play splitscreen were allowed to obtain a refund. Is this still available or am I stuck with the game? Please respond.

    I downloaded this game and although it is listed in my 'Download History' am unable to re-download it due to the error code 800700E8. I would like this option available to me once again, or atleast have the option of being refunded. I feel cheated, my harddrive
    is not that big and I have to cycle arcade games.
