    Hi, I am unable to download any new puzzles, I used 8500gold bars to get a new group of puzzles and got nothing. It will not download. Could you please fix this problem.

    I know I posted another thread but this is the same issue and you never replied to mine after I replied to you so I'm trying here as well. The problem is still going, can't download either free packs or paid for packs. Nothing. Even after letting it run
    again for over 10 hours with no progress.
