Unable to download my account

Just an update to all, can I ask evryone in this, if you lost/forget your password, are you all covered in getting them back with valid security proofs? This is the only issue I havent rulled out yet so please let me know. I have an outdated email adress
on mine that needed changing, and im geussing after waiting thirty days for the update ill get some kind of emailed code to register the new security info. Im just hope that this probation period aint affecting the recovery of xbox profile. Which it shouldnt

 

Overnight (I am in Australia) Xbox changed my password and they managed to download my account. After following their steps to change my password my first attempt failed but on the second try I have now downloaded my profile to both of my 360's, so I just
wanted to let you know there is now a fix for this problem, hope everyone can now download their profiles.

 

@TOMBER1 Were you getting the error code 80072746 or the code 80072EFE, because your solution may only work for some people.

 

I was getting both error codes, in the other large thread people are now reporting they can also download their profiles.

 

Well, I just tried it, and it worked first try.

 

Downloaded my account to my 360. Finally.

 

Zen, I have tried everything the microsoft stuff told me and nothing worked. I have this problem since 4-16-2014. Seven days of my holidays wasted. I bought Saints Row IV and Injustice and I have not been able to play. I want some kind of reward for my patience.
Microsoft has wasted my time and my money. And the treatment has been awfull, everybody from microsoft told us the same things: Delete your profile, delete 3 times the cache and restart the machine. Hours of my life trying to tell the people from xbox support
that all these steps do not work at all.. Everyday with the same steps. I feel very dissapointed with this problem. Probably my next gen console will be a Ps4 instead of a Xbox One. You all wasted my holidays...

So I want microsoft to apologize for this huge problem instead of hidding.

My problem is already corrected. Just half an hour before I go to work... Very well Microsoft, my best holidays ever!!! (Sorry for my english, I am Spanish)

hahahaha he is not any legend LOL MS fix this issue few hours ago... we was waiting for that 6or7 days

Yeah I changed my password a few days ago and I still had issues after that. Pretty sure MS just fixed it.

 

what is the Exact error codes that you guys get?.... did you try to search them on xbox.com xbox error codes? .
