Unable to download my account

No email change here.

As a few have mentioned, the issue is not our end or anything we have done in my opinion.

 

no, but now i am requesting a change due to me feeling it was the email acount with the issue. just to be sure it was not.

 

Yeah this is for sure not a problem on our end and I have never changed my email or any information associated with my account. It does hang up right where it should download the avatar so I think it has something to do with that.

 

i am ready to smash my console,the wife's profile downloaded fine but not mine.really starting to *** me off,getting an error code for the *** Xbox One.

 

No email change for me either.

Don't think it has to do with whether the account has been on an Xbox One either. My friends account downloaded fine to 360, and he has had it on his and my own Xbox One.

I am having the same exact issue. I have tried every common and uncommon solution in the book. Other peoples profiles will download on my Xbox, but mine won't download on my own, or anyone elses Xbox/

I have not changed my gamertag. Bought a new Xbox 360, and just been trying to download it on there.

 

This is also been going on for five days, and I've been going in circles with Microsoft support all this time, and they've been absolutely useless, and keep trying to tell me the problem is on my end!

 

Wonder how long to give it...

 

Xbox support are trying to gather as much information on this issue as they can and are trying to solve the issue.

How long it will take is a completely different story

 

im sure that my problem is linked with the xbox one, i have just managed to download a third accout that has never touched the xbox one, but the two accouts that have will not recover!

 

ive been away from the xbox for a year or so and havent used my account on the xbox one, i have checked all my security details and they are fine so it not on my end

 

This really sucks. I have aboslutely no response from Microsoft for six days about what the issue really is. I just bought a BRAND NEW XBOX 360 six days ago....and you're telling me I still can't use the product correctly? Get your act together.

 

I was on the chat earlier, and they said their advocacy team will get back to me tomorrow... they still don't seem to grasp the problem is bigger than they think, but hopefully ill get an email tomorrow. If its another fob off, Playstation really will be
calling me home.

 

ive also just noticed that apparently the last game i played on xbox 360, was bullet storm on christmas day, which is aload of crap, i bought the xbox one day of release and sold my xbox 360 same day.

Game better of deleted my profile off it, which should be standerd practice. but still, back to point, where the hell is my god damn profile. im getting realy fed up with this, i can download all my freinds profile piece of *** but mine, NOOOOO!!!!!
