Unable to download minecraft

when i try to download minecraft via Microsoft Store on my laptop, i just can't. it won't give an error or anything, it just waits a little and does nothing. the download button goes dark for a little bit, shown it is pressed, but after two seconds it goes back to normal. i tried reseting the store and also fixing it (via Apps & features) but nothing works. also tried switching users... i dont know what to do.

I have completed the tasks but still unable to download Minecraft Launcher, however I am able to install minecraft installer after pressing the link but not minecraft launcher.

You are unable to download Minecraft is that correct? If so, you can download and install using the given link. You cant then login and access your account once installation is done.

created a new account, but now it won't even let me switch to it. i press on the other account at the lock screen, some microsoft empty window pops up and closes instantly and then it goes back to my first account.

Please check if the problem is solved by reinstalling Microsoft Gaming Services as follows:

1. In Windows Search search for "Windows Powershell" and run it as administrator. Then copy and paste the following command and press Enter on your keyboard:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-appxpackage -allusers

2. Open the Xbox app and it will detect that you need gaming services. You can download them by clicking on the "Download" button that will appear right there. If you cannot do this in the previous way or if a problem occurs, then try using the following command in the Windows Powershell window, running it as administrator through the process described in the first step:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

3. It is recommended that you restart your PC by finishing the download and installation of the game services.

4. Check if the problem is fixed.
