Unable to download live profile

Turned on my xbox and none of my profiles were there.

Trying to download my xbox live profile but a message keeps popping up saying "to create or download an xbox live profile, you must have an xbox 360 storage device."

Help me :/

error code 8007045D.. profile deleted and can only access on cpu.

Profile got deleted randomly and unable to redownload due too 8007045D. it starts and then says unable 2 download profiles try later. NEED HELP NO PHONE TO CALL LIVE...!¡

 

Xbox live

so as of yesterday March 13th I was unable to sign into my Xbox Live account I have since then been on the phone for a matter of 3 hours between 4 phone calls the last step they had me do was deleting my profile I have now been unable to use my Xbox Live
for the last two days and I am unable to download my Xbox live profile it starts to download it but then goes to an error screen and says that Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now please try again later

 

Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though your hard drive is malfunctioning. Please remove it and then ensure that it is firmly seating in the console.

If it still does not work you may need to purchase a new drive or a flash drive for storage.

 

I am having the same issues it was working fine then I was not my profile got deleted completely I tried creating a new one but I can download the profile I keep getting an error message
