    unable to download/install minecraft launcher app from microsoft store.


    when i go to click install it will work then the button will turn grey and load for hours without any form of movement happening. (image attached)

    i am able to download other games such as a jigsaw one that i tried but it seems this one is just stuck.

    i've tried everything from:

    1. deleting all cache from Microsoft store files

    2. checking for updates on my pc

    3. checking for updates in the store

    4. windows + R and wsreset.exe

    5. and restarting my computer, turning it fully off and on multiple times

    is there any other things i could try that might work?

    Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

    Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install

    Hi Ryan!

    Are you using a Minecraft Launcher downloaded from the Microsoft Store?

    Our other option here is to uninstall your Minecraft Bedrock Edition and install it directly from the Microsoft Store or Xbox app.

    I see. If that fails, try downloading the game via Minecraft launcher. You can download the launcher through the Microsoft Store app, Xbox app, and the Mojang website. After installing the launcher, log in with your Microsoft account and download Microsoft Dungeons.

    Also, there is another problem.

    Sometimes, when I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, and then ( the problem happens ), it causes problems too when I try to download other apps, they get the same problem ( Loading then Ending with a problem " Try again Later, Something happened on our end ". That happened with me twice, but I did reset to Microsoft Store and then it got fixed ( except the Minecraft Launcher ). Yesterday, while I was trying to install the game without having the other Minecraft Launchers, Minecraft Launcher's problem wasn't solved and also, and then when I tried to download some other app, the problem of the slow download was back again, then when I tried to do reset Microsoft Store for another time, it wasn't fixing anything.

    Is there any way to fix that Minecraft Launcher's problem? I think it's influencing badly on other apps.
