Unable to download/install Mass Effect Trilogy.

Hello.

Like others recently I was effected by the recent store bug and am now able to access it. However I now find myself unable to download or install the Mass Effect Trilogy.

When I try installing them through my EA Access account they just hang on "working" and download cancels if I back out, and if I try to install from the disk nothing happens after the initial install message. Should be noted that Bring Down the Sky from
ME1 did start downloading, just not the actual game.

I've downloaded about a dozen other games (both XO and 360) without issue. So this issue only seems to be connected to the Mass Effect Trilogy right now.

Mass Effect Trilogy (TBA)

Aparently the Mass Effect Trilogy could be making it's way to the Xbox One!

I own all these on the 360, but to be honest would love an excuse to play through them again.. best trilogy in video game history in my opinion... even though the first one was the best in my opinion!

Thanks for posting! Have you tried
Removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console? Make sure you have canceled any pending installs for Mass Effect and give that a shot. Let us know how it goes!
