    Unable to Download Games Xbox Game Pass for PC


    Afternoon

    I have downloaded the Xbox Game Pass for PC App

    The App is signed into my account I use for my Xbox One X which I have Xbox Game Pass ultimate

    When I go to download a game on the App. It does not seem to recognise I have the Xbox Game Pass ultimate subscription and asks me to sign in.

    However it does not allow me to sign into my account email I have linked to my Xbox and to which I have signed into the app already. Instead it only wants to log into my alternate email address which I have no active subscriptions.

    Tried to look at my profile to see if I can resolve but with no joy

    Any assistance would be much appreciated

    Thank you, this is what I thought, however Xbox Support via live chat confirmed to me that this is not on PC game pass which is why I am unable to download it from the store for free. They said the game is only available "discounted" on Game Pass for PC. Which is not what my screenshots indicate and is false advertising.

    Game Pass on both platforms.

    If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

    It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.

    In order to download PC games from the new Xbox Game pass for PC, you'll need to first download the Xbox Console Companion app (Beta) and then download the Xbox Game Pass PC app (Beta) from this website,

    Xbox Game Pass for PC    . Then, you need to make sure you have Windows version 1903.

    Do you have all of these requirements? Where are you trying to download the game? Can you download other games from the Xbox Game Pass for PC?
