Unable to download games with gold Forza Horizon

When I access from the gwg screen this game opens in the store with see price instead of free. If I click see price the console kicks out to the main screen. I have a 1 yr gold membership from July and have a credit card attached to my account. I'm trying
to download the game on my account (the parent account). Earth lock shows correctly with a free download option.

Newbie help on Xbox

Buy Gold from CDkeys and download this months games with gold including Forza Horizon. Also download the Forza Horizon Demo.
You need gold to play online same as PS+.
Buy EA Access for £20 and you get access to 25 Games which include great games like Titanfall, Battlefield and Plants vs Zombies.

For about £50 you can get access to nearly 30 games to start you off and get an idea on what games take your fancy.

every time I try to download forza horizon on games with gold and it gives me the message, sorry Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox. I have tried this on my Xbox and the pc and
I still get the messag

 

From the sounds of it you are a child account I'm guessing ?

That would be why

Xbox one parental settings do not work on xbox 360 markrtplace to make the purchase you must use a parental account with gold not home gold or buy it on your profile with an xbox 360

 

No, as I said above. I'm having the issue whilst logged into this account which is my main parent account. I do have a separate child account for my young son, but that account isn't even logged in.
