    Unable to download games on Xbox series x


    I upgraded my homework network router to a Singtel WiFi 6 mesh extender but when I connect my Xbox to it and I try to download games or updates it would work but it would just say installing... And the progress bar won't move at all and it won't show the download speed or timing therefore I had to rely on my mobile hotspot when downloading updates or games because using hotspot it would work fine but the thing is whenever I play online games or do anything other than installing stuff it would work fine and even if I test network connection it would say that there's no issues.

    Why cant i pre load my diablo 4 ultimate edition?

    I have an Xbox Series X and an Xbox One S. I have restarted both consoles multiple times. I cannot even download the game on my One S. On the Series X, I was able to download "something" by clicking on the tile in my games inventory, but the result is only 74GB instead of the 96GB shown in the MS store.

    How do I get help with this? I am unable to play the game on the Series X (I get an error that I am too early, even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition), and I am unable to download anything on the Xbox One S.

    Can anyone help?

    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

    You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

    As an example...

    I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.
